          The database that i chose is PsycARTICLES. The database has articles that are from 1988 till present which is helpful as i can get so many articles that have been done in the past and present and compare the effect of violence on children through media from the past with the present. It contains also surveys and studies which shows the effects of media violence on children. It covers my topic perfectly as it shows how media violence affects children  psychologically. It also provides full texts for the articles outside of the auc library which helps in accessing them from home.
